This product is handmade from poly blend fabric that has NO STRETCH so see measurements below to select the correct size – garments are measured flat and unstretched.

 

 

MEASURING TIPS:

Neck – run a tape measure in a circle around where your dogs collar would normally sit.
Chest – measure in a circle from under each armpit and around the back.
Length – this is normally from the base of the neck to the start of the tail (most of our tops finish near the tail for extra warmth).

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:

For best results, hand wash in warm soapy water or machine wash at 30C on a short spin then dry flat with low iron temp. Do not tumble dry.

Accessories: hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and leave to dry or machine wash at 30C but place in a pillowcase first to protect the metal hardware from scratching or damaging the drum.

RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service therefore faulty products can be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product. You can exchange a product PROVIDING it is not a made to measure item – these are non refundable unless damaged. However the item must be unworn and the customer must pay for return postage.

If you wish to cancel an order please email us barkstarco@outlook.com and we will see what we can do for you. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders in process.

In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost or stolen, we will refund HALF the cost of your purchase excluding postage. You must wait for four weeks after the expected arrival date before claiming your partial refund. Please note we cannot provide replacement lost/stolen items.

READY TO SHIP

Items for UK customers will be shipped via 1st Class signed for delivery service which is fully trackable within 1-3 business days of placing your order. This is priced at £7.

Items for mainland Europe and worldwide will be sent via International tracked service within 1-3 business days of placing your order. These are priced at £25 for Europe and worldwide services.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We will advise you of the current production time when placing your order with us. Your item(s) will then ship 1-3 business days after production is complete.
