Neck – run a fabric tape measure in a circle around where your dogs collar would normally sit.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS: Accessories: hand wash in warm soapy water, rinse thoroughly and leave to dry or machine wash at 30C but place in a pillowcase first to protect the metal hardware from scratching or damaging the drum.
RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service therefore faulty products can be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product. You can exchange a product PROVIDING it is not a made to measure item – these are non refundable unless damaged. However the item must be unworn and the customer must pay for return postage.

If you wish to cancel an order please email us barkstarco@outlook.com and we will see what we can do for you. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders in process.

In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost or stolen, we will refund HALF the cost of your purchase excluding postage. You must wait for four weeks after the expected arrival date before claiming your partial refund. Please note we cannot provide replacement lost/stolen items.
READY TO SHIP

Items for UK customers will be shipped via 1st Class signed for delivery service which is fully trackable within 1-3 business days of placing your order. This is priced at £7.

Items for mainland Europe and worldwide will be sent via International tracked service within 1-3 business days of placing your order. These are priced at £25 for worldwide services. A £36 UPS courier upgrade is available for quicker delivery (2-3 working days), so please reach out if you would like this service.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We will advise you of the current production time when placing your order with us. Your item(s) will then ship 1-3 business days after production is complete.
