Our palm leaf shaped collar charms are handcrafted in the UK using coloured resins and finished with metal findings and a large jump ring for easy use onto collar D rings, harnesses, leads or even zip pulls.

Whilst every care is taken to ensure the connections are secure we do not recommend hurling yourself through bushes or abrasive vegetation whilst wearing this due to the delicate nature of it.

WASHING INSTRUCTIONS:
Carefully brush off any dirt before washing with soapy water. Dry with a soft cloth. Metal will scratch and tarnish over time particularly outdoors.
RETURNS POLICY:

We want you to be 100% satisfied with our service therefore faulty products can be returned for a full refund, exchange of purchase or replacement product. You can exchange a product PROVIDING it is not a made to measure item – these are non refundable unless damaged. However the item must be unworn and the customer must pay for return postage.

If you wish to cancel an order please email us barkstarco@outlook.com and we will see what we can do for you. Unfortunately we cannot cancel orders in process.

In the unlikely event of your parcel being lost or stolen, we will refund HALF the cost of your purchase excluding postage. You must wait for four weeks after the expected arrival date before claiming your partial refund. Please note we cannot provide replacement lost/stolen items.
READY TO SHIP

Items for UK customers will be shipped via 1st Class signed for delivery service which is fully trackable within 1-3 business days of placing your order. This is priced at £7.

Items for mainland Europe and worldwide will be sent via International tracked service within 1-3 business days of placing your order. These are priced at £17 for Europe and £23 for worldwide servoces.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We will advise you of the current production time when placing your order with us. Your item(s) will then ship 1-3 business days after production is complete.
